You can use mobile devices, such as tablets, to capture and process information in Field View directly at the construction site.
The general or main contractors can manage the tasks and forms issued to or by the client using the Field View web application or device app. These include recording and allocating tasks (for example snags or punchlists), identifying outstanding work, variations, issuing notices, forms, permits, and progress monitoring.
Subcontractors can use the app to manage their own tasks and forms. Similarly, the client can use the device to manage the tasks and forms issued to or by them.
Before installing the Field View app on your device, you must make sure that device details have been configured on the Field View web application at the highest point in your business unit structure, and then added to your project.
Once the device is configured on the Field View web application and added to a project, you then install Field View on your device and configure device settings. See the Admin Center section in the Field View Web Application area of the help.
