Improved Public Links

When creating a Public Link against an item, batch of items, or a container, there is now a default expiry date of 90 days. You will be able to select the Expires checkbox in the Make Selected Files Public window and set a desired expiration date. If no selection is made, the default 90 day period will apply.

We will be offering the capability to turn off the public file feature at the enterprise/site/project level. Users will not be able to make files or folders public when the Deny Public File feature is enabled and any public files in those locations will no longer be accessible.
