Add a Catalog Item

Add a catalog item to create an catalog item record.

Before you can add a catalog item, you must complete the Material Setup process.
A catalog item is required to create inventory entries in the Materials module. The catalog item record contains all item-related details, including vendors and pricing information, warehouse information, tax exempt status, and binder items.
  1. On the Default Item screen, set up defaults for catalog item entry or import.
  2. On the Catalog Item screen, create the catalog item record.
