Review and Approve Project Documents

Review document routing distributions to review and approve project documents. Document routing distributions are closed and the document is approved when all distributions are set to a status type that sets the distribution to a state of inactive.

  1. Optional: On the View Tasks screen, view routing distributions assigned to you. You can double-click on an item in the list to open the associated record.
  2. Update the Status field as needed on the Contacts/Routing tab on the appropriate screen. If needed, you can enter any comments about the changed state in the Memo From User field.
  3. Optional: Contact the person who created the document to let them know you approved it.
