Copy and paste the contents of a cell

You can copy and paste the contents of a cell in a cost item to another cell in the catalog.

When you paste the contents, the application overwrites the original contents of the cell. The cell to overwrite does not have to be in the same folder or catalog as the copied cell.
  1. Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
  2. From the Catalog tab, click to select the catalog from the Catalog field.
  3. Select the folder to display.
  4. Select the cell you want to copy.
  5. Right-click on the cell to copy and select Copy.
  6. Click on the cell to overwrite, right-click, and select Paste. The copied cell is pasted over the selected cell.
