Copy and paste the contents of multiple cells

You can copy and paste the contents of multiple adjacent cells in a cost item into a single cell of another cost item in the catalog.

When you paste the contents, the application concatenates the contents of the copied cells and overwrites the original contents of the destination cell with the concatenated text. The cell to overwrite does not have to be in the same folder or catalog as the copied cells.
  1. Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
  2. From the Catalog tab, click to select the catalog from the Catalog field.
  3. Select the folder to display.
  4. Select the cells you want to copy by clicking in the first cell and dragging the mouse to the last cell to copy. You can only copy adjacent cells within a single row.
  5. Right-click on the cell to copy and select Copy.
  6. Click on the cell to overwrite, right-click, and select Paste. The copied cell is pasted over the selected cell.
