Add the Working Total to the quantity

  1. Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
  2. Open the Estimate tab.
  3. In the Working Total field, enter the quantity to use.
  4. In the Unit field, enter the unit for the quantity.
  5. Select any cell of the cost item to which you want to add the Working Total.
  6. Right click and select Working Total > Add. The value in the Working Total field is added to the value in the Quantity field.
