Make Employees Available on Daily Field Report Time Card Entry for a Mobile User

Determine which employees to make available to mobile users on daily field reports.

  1. Select Administration > Connect Settings > Mobile User Settings.
  2. Click Edit in the Employees column in the row for the contact whose mobile settings you want to edit.
  3. In the popup window, select the checkbox for each employee that you want to make available on daily field reports for the contact.
  4. Click OK.
  5. On the Mobile User Settings screen, click Close.
