View Alerts screen

Use the View Alerts screen to create a list of items based on their due date. You can display alerts through a specific date and for a specific company.

Views are available for the following alerts:

  • All Alerts

  • Binder Reminders

  • Issues

  • Requests for Information

  • Submittals and Reviews

  • Submittal Packages

  • Checklists

  • Project Plans and Tasks

  • Invitations to Bid

  • Vendor Invoices

  • Records of Employment

  • Meeting Minutes Action Items

  • Purchase Orders

  • Subcontracts

  • Subcontract Change Orders

  • Change Management Records

  • Contract Invoices

  • Time & Material Invoices (excludes alerts for time & material invoices based on a template project)

  • Field Orders

    You can customize the way the data is displayed using filters, calculations, groups, and more. See Customize Grids for details.

Note: To open the View Alerts screen, do one of the following:
  • Click on the toolbar next to Alerts & Tasks and select View Alerts.

  • Click Administration > Views > View Alerts in the All Tasks pane.
