View Tasks screen

Use the View Tasks screen to create a list of tasks. You can display tasks for a specific company and/or user.

Views are available for the following tasks:

  • All Tasks

  • Binder Items

  • Documents and Routing Distributions

  • Routing Distributions Only

    You can customize the way the data is displayed using filters, calculations, groups, and more. See Customize Grids for details.

    Note: To open the View Tasks screen, do one of the following:
  • Click on the toolbar next to Alerts & Tasks and select View Tasks.

  • Click Administration > Views > View Tasks in the All Tasks pane.
