Adjust Customer Invoice screen

Use the Adjust Customer Invoice screen to create an adjusted customer invoice. This enables you to make a change to a customer invoice that has already been posted. If you need to modify a customer invoice that hasn't been posted yet, use the Enter Customer Invoice screen.

To open the Adjust Customer Invoice screen, click Customers > Invoices > Adjust Customer Invoice in the All Tasks pane.

You must have the software required to open a PDF file—such as Adobe Reader—installed on your computer to be able to view it. You can also send an e-mail with the PDF file as an attachment. You must have MAPI-compliant e-mail software—such as Microsoft Outlook—installed on your computer to send an e-mail message with an attachment.

Note: After creating or modifying an adjusted customer invoice, you may want to post it using the Post Adjusted Customer Invoices screen.
