Pay Class Earnings Information Screen

Use the Pay Class Earnings Information screen to generate a report of the deductions, fringes, and taxes calculated for each employee and their pay class(es). This information can help you complete Form 941, given the federal requirements in response to COVID-19. You can print or save this report.

To open the Pay Class Earnings Information screen, click Employees > Reports > Pay Class Earnings Information in the All Tasks pane.

Select Format
If you have modified the format and layout of this report on the Modify Reports screen, click to select the version to use for this report. If you haven't modified the report, this field doesn't appear.
Report From Check Date
Enter the starting check date for the report, click to select the date from a date picker, or click to enter a date formula. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula.
Report Through Check Date
Enter the ending check date for the report, click to select the date from a date picker, or click to enter a date formula. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula.
Company
Click to select one or more companies for the report. If no companies are selected, all companies appear in the report.
Employee
Click to select one or more employees for the report. If no employees are selected, all employees appear in the report.
Pay Class
Click to select one or more pay classes for the report. If no pay classes are selected, all pay classes display in the report.
Detailed/Summary
Select Detailed to show the breakdown by check. Select Summary to show employee totals with an option.
