Withholding Status screen

Use the Withholding Status screen to establish the list is valid withholding statuses. You must associate each employee with a withholding status. During time card entry, ProContractor uses the withholding status to determine the amounts to be withheld from an employee's payroll check.

To open the Withholding Status screen, click Employees > Setup > Taxes & Insurance > Withholding Status in the All Tasks pane.

ProContractor includes some system-defined withholding statuses. You cannot delete any of the system-defined withholding statuses, but you can add and delete your own withholding statuses as needed.
