Equipment Maintenance Work Sheet screen

Use the Equipment Maintenance Work Sheet screen to create a report of maintenance work items due by equipment item within selected date range. Each equipment item appears on a separate page of the report. You can print or save this report.

Note: To open the Equipment Maintenance Work Sheet screen, click Equipment > Reports > Equipment Maintenance Work Sheet in the All Tasks pane.

You can control the output of the Equipment Maintenance Work Sheet by entering details in one or more of the following fields on the Options tab:

  • Select Format - If you have modified the format and layout of this report on the Modify Reports screen, click to select the version to use for this report. If you haven't modified the report, this field doesn't appear.

  • Due From Date - Enter the first maintenance due date for the report, click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula. This field is required.

  • Due To Date - Enter the last maintenance due date for the report, click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula. This field is required.

  • Meter Percentage Remaining - Enter the meter percentage remaining until the next maintenance is due.

Company - Click to select one or more companies for the report. If no companies are selected, all companies appear in the report.

Division - Click to select one or more divisions for the report. If no divisions are selected, all divisions appear in the report.

Equipment Classification - Click to select one or more equipment classifications for the report. If no equipment classifications are selected, all equipment classifications appear in the report.

Equipment Status - Click to select the equipment status for the report. Select Both to show both active and inactive equipment items on the report.

Equipment - Click to select one or more equipment items for the report. If no equipment items are selected, all equipment items appear in the report.

  • Maintenance Work Item - Click to select one or more maintenance work items for the report. If no maintenance work items are selected, all maintenance work items appear in the report.

  • Print Last Maintenance Notes - Select this checkbox to show the notes from the last maintenance in the report.

    Tip: You can use the Modify Reports screen to customize the format and layout of this report.
