Equipment Usage Type screen

Use the Equipment Usage Type screen to classify equipment usage and specifying billing options.

You might create the following equipment usage type:

  • Usage Hours

  • Usage Miles

  • Idle Hours

  • Down Hours

Equipment usage is recorded in payroll, either attached to a specific employee time card line or as a separate entity not related to an employee time card line.

Note: To open the Equipment Usage Type screen, click Equipment > Setup > Equipment Usage Type in the All Tasks pane.
