Bid Information Sheet screen

Use the Bid Information Sheet screen to create a report of bid information including project information, prospect information, scope of work, and financial information. You can print or save this report.

Note: To open the Bid Information Sheet screen, click Estimating > Reports > Bids & Proposals > Bid Information Sheet in the All Tasks pane.

You can control the output of the Bid Information Sheet report by entering details in one or more of the following fields on the Options tab:

  • Select Format - If you have modified the format and layout of this report on the Modify Reports screen, click to select the version to use for this report. If you haven't modified the report, this field doesn't appear.

  • Company - Click to select one or more companies for the report. If no companies are selected, all companies appear in the report.

  • Bid Due From Date - Enter the first due date for the forms , click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula. If the from and through dates are not entered, the output includes forms for all due dates.

  • Bid Due Through Date - Enter the last due date for the forms , click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula. If the from and through dates are not entered, the output includes forms for all due dates.

Bid - Click to select one or more bids for the report. If no bids are selected, all bids appear in the report.

  • Estimator - Click to select one or more estimators for the report. If no estimators are selected, all estimators appear in the report.

  • Lead Source - Click to select one or more lead sources for the report. If no lead sources are selected, all lead sources appear in the report.

  • Prospect - Click to select one or more prospects for the report. If no prospects are selected, all prospects appear in the report.

  • Salesperson - Click to select one or more salespeople for the report. If no salespeople are selected, all salespeople appear in the report.

    Tip: You can use the Modify Reports screen to customize the format and layout of this report.
