Bid Win-Loss by Estimator screen

Use the Bid Win-Loss by Estimator screen to create a report of bids that have been won or lost sorted by estimator. The bids are grouped and subtotaled by company. You can print or save this report.

Note: To open the Bid Win-Loss by Estimator screen, click Estimating > Reports > Bids & Proposals > Bid Win-Loss by Estimator in the All Tasks pane.

You can control the output of the Bid Win-Loss by Estimator report by entering details in one or more of the following fields on the Options tab:

  • Select Format - If you have modified the format and layout of this report on the Modify Reports screen, click to select the version to use for this report. If you haven't modified the report, this field doesn't appear.

Company - Click to select one or more companies for the report. If no companies are selected, all companies appear in the report.

Won/Lost From Date - Enter the first won/lost date for the report, click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula. If no dates are entered, all dates appear in the report.

Won/Lost Through Date - Enter the last won/lost date for the report, click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula. If no dates are entered, all dates appear in the report.

Bid - Click to select one or more bids for the report. If no bids are selected, all bids appear in the report.

  • Estimator - Click to select one or more estimators for the report. If no estimators are selected, all estimators appear in the report.

    Tip: You can use the Modify Reports screen to customize the format and layout of this report.
