Alternate Reports screen

Use the Alternate Reports screen to create various reports for the alternates of a selected estimate. You can print or save these reports. Available reports include:

Alternate Summary Report

Shows accumulated costs per cost type by alternate

Alternate Detail Report

Shows cost items per cost type by alternate.

Tip: You can use the Modify Reports screen to customize the format and layout of this report.

If the Manage Estimates screen is open exclusively, globals are recalculated when the Alternate Reports screen is opened.

Note: To open a job in the Manage Estimates screen, click Estimating > Estimating > Manage Estimates in the All Tasks pane. Click Open Existing Job, select the job for which you want to run reports, and click OK.
