Catalog Reports screen

Use the Catalog Reports screen to create various reports for a selected catalog. You can print or save these reports. Available reports include:

Description

Catalog by Reference Number

Shows all cost items in the selected catalog sorted by reference number, and includes description, quantity, units, and cost.

Catalog by Reference Number - Extended

Shows all cost items in the selected catalog sorted by reference number, and includes, description, quantity, units, cost, and values for each cost type.

Catalog by Folder

Shows all cost items in the selected catalog sorted by folder and reference number, and includes description, quantity, units, and cost.

Catalog by Folder - Extended

Shows all cost items in the selected catalog sorted by folder and reference number, and includes description, quantity, units, cost, and values for each cost type.

Tip: You can use the Modify Reports screen to customize the format and layout of this report.

To open a job in the Manage Estimates screen, click Estimating > Estimating > Manage Estimates in the All Tasks pane. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
