Estimate Reports Screen Field Reference

Report Options popup window

Field

Description

Date

Displays the current time and date which is printed in the report footer.

Company

Select the company associated with the estimate. The selected company becomes the default footer, but if the footer text is changed, the company is not printed on the report.

Title

Displays the selected report type. If needed, you can modify the title. Enter the title text to appear on the report.

Header Line 1

Displays the name of the selected estimate job and its location. If needed, you can modify the header text. Enter text to print at the top of the report.

Header Line 2

Displays the name of the estimator. If needed, you can modify the header text. Enter a second line of text to print at the top of the report.

Footer

Displays the company selected in the Company field. If needed, you can modify the footer text. Enter text to appear at the bottom of the report.

Defaults

Click this button to restore the default values in all the fields on the Report Options popup.

WBS Options - This area appears when you selected a Level WBS report type on the Print Reports window. The number of Group Level fields displayed depends on the report type selected.

Group Level 1

Click to select the first WBS code by which you want to sort and summarize the report.

Group Level 2

Click to select the second WBS code by which you want to sort and summarize the report.

Group Level 3

Click to select the third WBS code by which you want to sort and summarize the report.

Group Level 4

Click to select the fourth WBS code by which you want to sort and summarize the report.

Group Level 5

Click to select the fifth code by which you want to sort and summarize the report.

Display Cost Item Detail

Select the checkbox to show cost item detail in the report. This option is not available for Comparative Analysis Reports.
