Customer Lien Status Report screen

Use the Customer Lien Status Report screen to create a report of customer lien notices for a specified range of dates. You can also include lien releases on the report. You can print or save this report.

Note: To open the Customer Lien Status Report screen, click Projects > Reports > Lien Management Reports > Customer Lien Status Report in the All Tasks pane.

You can control the output of the Customer Lien Status Report by entering details in one or more of the following fields on the Options tab:

  • Select Format - If you have modified the format and layout of this report on the Modify Reports screen, click to select the version to use for this report. If you haven't modified the report, this field doesn't appear.

Company - Click to select one or more companies for the report. If no companies are selected, all companies appear in the report.

  • Division - Click to select one or more divisions for the report. If no divisions are selected, all divisions appear in the report.

Customer - Click to select one or more customers for the report. If no customers are selected, all customers appear in the report.

Project - Click to select one or more projects for the report. If no projects are selected, all projects appear in the report.

  • From Lien Notice Date - Enter the first lien notice date for the report, click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula.

  • Through Lien Notice Date - Enter the last lien notice date for the report, click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula.

  • From Lien Notice Released Date - Enter first lien notice released date for the report, click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula.

  • Through Lien Notice Released Date - Enter the last lien notice released date for the report, click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula.

  • Include Lien Releases - Select the checkbox to include lien releases on the report. Deselect the checkbox to show only lien notices on the report.

    Tip: You can use the Modify Reports screen to customize the format and layout of this report.
