Project Schedule of Values Report screen

Use the Project Schedule of Values Report screen to verify the contract information entered for a project, including billing codes with invoiced amounts. For projects set up to track revenue by cost code, this report allows you to show billable amounts assigned to each cost code. You can print or save this report.

Note: To open the Project Schedule of Values Report screen, click Projects > Reports > Project Schedule of Values Report in the All Tasks pane.

You can control the output of the Project Schedule of Values Report report by entering details in one or more of the following fields on the Options tab:

  • Select Format - Click to select the format to use for this report. Select Project Schedule of Values with Quantities for Units type billing. Select Project Schedule of Vales without Quantities for AIA and Progress type billing.

  • Report Through Date - Enter the end date for the report, click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula. This field is required.

  • Company - Click to select one or more companies for the report. If no companies are selected, all companies appear in the report.

  • Division - Click to select one or more divisions for the report. If no divisions are selected, all divisions appear in the report.

  • Project - Click to select one or more projects for the report. If no projects are selected, all projects appear in the report.

  • Project Status - Click to select the project status for the report. Select Both to show both active and inactive projects in the report.

  • Project Classification - Click to select one or more project classifications for the report. If no classifications are selected, all classifications appear in the report.

  • Project Manager - Click to select one or more project managers for the report. If no project managers are selected, all project managers appear in the report.

  • Customer - Click to select one or more customers for the report. If no customers are selected, all customers appear in the report.

  • Billing Format - Click to select one or more billing formats for the report. If no billing formats are selected, all billing formats appear in the report.

  • Include Pending Transactions - Select the checkbox to include both pending and posted transactions in the report. Deselect the checkbox to show only posted transactions in the report.

  • Report Owner CO With Billing Code - Select the checkbox to include original billable amount and all owner change orders in the billing code row. Deselect the checkbox to see a row for each owner change order associated with the billing code.

  • Print Cost Code Detail - Select the checkbox to include the cost code detail in the report. Deselect the checkbox to exclude cost code details from the report. This applies to project billing where Track Revenue by Cost Code is set.

  • Detailed/Summary - Selected Detailed to show each application number that was posted for each billing code. Select Summary to show billing codes that have been set up, with schedule of values, invoiced amount, and remaining balance.

  • Page Break At Project - Select the checkbox to include a page break at the start of each new project included in the report.
