Cash Requirements by Vendor screen

Use the Cash Requirements by Vendor screen to create a report of open invoices sorted by vendor. This report enables you to review your upcoming cash needs. Invoices are grouped and totaled based on payment due dates. Invoices that are on payment hold are shown in the Future Amount column.You can print or save this report.

Note: To open the Cash Requirements by Vendor screen, click Vendors > Reports > Cash Requirements by Vendor in the All Tasks pane.

You can control the output of the Cash Requirements by Vendor by entering details in one or more of the following fields on the Options tab:

Select Format - If you have modified the format and layout of this report on the Modify Reports screen, click to select the version to use for this report. If you haven't modified the report, this field doesn't appear.

Invoice Control Company - Click to select one or more control companies for the report. If no companies are selected, all companies appear in the report.

Vendor - Click to select one or more vendors for the report. If no vendors are selected, all vendors appear in the report.

  • Period 1 Date - Enter the date for the first period in the report, click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula. This field is required.

  • Period 2 Date - Enter the date for the second period in the report, click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula. This field is required.

  • Period 3 Date - Enter the date for the third period in the report, click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula.. This field is required.

  • Invoices to Include - Select All Invoices to include all invoices in the report. Select Only Invoices with Subcontracts to include only invoices with subcontracts in the report and to show totals by subcontract. Select Only Invoices without Subcontracts to include only invoices without subcontracts in the report.

  • Detailed/Summary - Select Detailed to show detailed information for each invoice. Select Summary to show totals for the amount for each period, future amount, discount amount, and retainage amount by vendor.
