Entering an Invoice

Follow these steps when entering a new invoice.

For new transactions, the software determines whether the invoice is related to purchase order receiving or subcontract setup in the current company. One invoice may be distributed to multiple G/L accounts, jobs, phases, and cost types.
  1. On the Site Map, go to Accounts Payable > Data Entry > Vendor Invoices. The Vendor Invoice Entry screen displays.
  2. Select the Route for approval checkbox if Invoice Approval Routing is being used. The current reviewer defaults based on the routing code.
