Change Invoice Due Dates - Cost Center Information
If the cost center feature is enabled in the Enterprise Installation screen, when accessing an open invoice to change the due date or hold status Spectrum displays the invoice only if your operator has permission to access the vendor and invoice. Spectrum compares the vendor's list of shared cost centers with cost centers in your operator's assigned cost center scheme, and if there are no common cost centers, then details for that vendor are not shown. Spectrum also compares the cost center assigned in the invoice with cost centers in your operator's assigned scheme, and if the invoice cost center is not included, then access to that invoice is not provided.
