Use this screen to produce the ‘pre-notification’ export data file for vendor electronic payments, and switch authorized vendors from ‘Pre-note’ to use electronic payment. The screen displays all vendors currently flagged for ‘pre-notification'. You can then:

This screen is used to obtain a listing of recurring invoices and the update creates the invoices for a specific date, and may be viewed or changed in Vendor Invoice Entry. Records are also saved to Routing History during the update.

If VAT processing is enabled in the General Ledger Installation screen, an Assign VAT tax code? check box and Tax code field will display after the Batch frequency field. These additional fields allows you to specify a VAT code to be assigned to all invoices created during the Recurring Invoice Update. At the Tax code field, a Search Value Added Tax Codes window is available.
