The Total A/P Balance Display screen displays the total accounts payable balance according to the search criteria you entered in the Display Total A/P Balance screen. Use the Aged Payables Report screen to print the information displayed on this screen.

If cost centers are being used, when inquiring on Accounts Payable outstanding totals Spectrum displays only the total of open invoices that your operator has permission to access. Spectrum compares the cost center assigned to each open invoice with cost centers in your assigned cost center scheme, and if the invoice cost center is not present, then that invoice amount is not included.
