Sample Reports - Aged Payables Report

The Aged Payables Report prints a list of all open invoices and credit memos. Amounts due are aged by comparing the item date due to the period cut-off date, and then categorized by number of days past due: 30, 60, 90, or more than 90 days past due. The Aged Payables Report may be run for a prior period by specifying the desired end-date and entering Yes at the Include paid invoices prompt.

If cost centers are being used, for all formats of the Aged Payables Report, Spectrum includes the invoices on the report only if your operator has permission to access the cost center assigned to the invoice. Spectrum compares the cost center assigned in the invoice with cost centers in your assigned cost center scheme, and if the invoice cost center is not included, then that invoice is not shown on the report.

            <p class="p">You can now automatically create vendor invoices when updating payroll for things like garnishment payments. This greatly streamlines the process of preparing checks at the end of the payroll cycle. </p><p class="p">You can also view the vendor invoices created from payroll activity. This view includes the company, vendor, invoice number, employee name, as well as check, deduction, and fringe information - and you can export all of it.</p>

        </section><section class="section"><h2 class="title sectiontitle">Reverse a Posted Journal Entry</h2><p class="p">If you notice an error in the debit or credit amount fields after you’ve posted your journal entry, you can now reverse the posting without having to re-enter any of the data.</p>
        <p class="p">The new Create Reverse Journal Entry screen shows you the information you entered and displays the changes that the reversal is about to make  to the debit and credit amounts.
