Use Tax Report - Cost Center Information

If cost centers are being used, when running the Use Tax Report Spectrum includes invoices with sales or use tax only if your operator has permission to access the cost center assigned to the detail line of the invoice. Spectrum compares the cost center assigned in the invoice detail with cost centers in your assigned cost center scheme, and if the invoice cost center is not included, then that invoice is not shown on the report. Because this report is based on cost centers assigned in the detail portion of the invoice, it is possible that the report will include invoice information for invoices that your operator is not otherwise allowed to access.
