The Financials screen displays summary invoicing, and payment history information for the vendor--including currently outstanding balance and unposted invoice totals. No changes are allowed on this screen.

Subcontract Financial Summary

If the cost centers are being used, when accessing subcontract change orders Spectrum validates that the cost center assigned to the vendor is an authorized cost center for your operator. Spectrum compares the vendor's list of shared cost centers with cost centers in your operator's assigned cost center scheme, and if there are no common cost centers, then that vendor is disallowed. Spectrum also compares the cost center assigned to the job with cost centers in your operator's assigned scheme, and if the job's cost center is not present, then subcontract change orders will not be displayed for that job.

            <p class="p">Switch from Help for one product to Help for another product directly from the Viewpoint Help website, without having to access separate links. On any Help article page, use the <span class="ph uicontrol">Explore Product Help</span> drop-down to choose Help for a different product, or select filtering options that are available after you perform a search.</p>
            <p class="p">For versioned products only (for example, <span class="keyword">Vista</span>), select the version drop-down field in the <span class="ph uicontrol">Contents</span> heading to access different versions of Help.</p>

            <p class="p">Enter a term or phrase in the <span class="ph uicontrol">Search</span> field, and press <span class="ph uicontrol">Enter</span> or select the magnifying glass.
