New code

Enter the new code that will replace the existing code.

Description of old code

New / Delete buttons

Use these action buttons to merge or delete use tax codes.

Click New to open the Assign New Use Tax Code window.

1. Enter an old use tax code, or press F4 to search for existing use tax codes.

2. Enter a unique new use tax code.

3. Click OK.

Listing button

Click this button to open the Change Use Tax Code Listing screen to preview and/or print the listing report. This report will show all use tax code changes awaiting update for the current company.

Update button

Click this button to initiate the update to change all specified use tax codes in the current company.
