This screen is used to print reports that track documents
      pertaining to exceptions, liens, or checks.

Document Tracking Reports

The Check Register History Report provides a record of checks written. There are several parameters that may be specified to print the exact report needed, and it is possible to create a listing of all the checks written for a specific job or to a specific vendor.

If cost centers are being used, for all formats of the Check Register History Report, Spectrum includes the checks on the report only you have permission to access the cost center assigned to the payment. Spectrum compares the cost center assigned in the payment with cost centers in your assigned cost center scheme, and if the payment cost center is not included, then that check is not shown on the report. The detail formats of the Check Register History Report show the cost center assigned to each payment.

On any Help article page, use the <span class="ph uicontrol">Explore Product Help</span> drop-down to choose Help for a different product, or select filtering options that are available after you perform a search.</p>
            <p class="p">For versioned products only (for example, <span class="keyword">Vista</span>), select the version drop-down field in the <span class="ph uicontrol">Contents</span> heading to access different versions of Help.</p>
