Creating Emails with Axia Hyperlinks

  1. There are two methods to create the invoice to email out to your customer:

    • Use the A/R Form Print and select one invoice.

    • Use the 'Send invoice' hyperlink on the Customer Open Items page.

  2. Click the Email button on the Command Bar.

  3. The email window will automatically default in the customer's email address set on Customer Main Properties. The email body will contain the hyperlink directing the client to a secure website.

  4. The client completes the online form and submits it.

  5. Contractor logs onto Axia's website and downloads reports that explain the transactions.

  6. With SDX, you can create a report on Axia's website that can be used to import the cash receipts.
