Data Entry Overview

The Data Entry menu is used to print and process draw requests. Both the subcontract and general AIA formats are available. After printing draw request forms, the information may be automatically transferred by the software to the invoice entry screen for update to the customer and job files. It is also used to process change orders, and to generate invoices and credit memos. Other related activities, such as cash receipts and finance charge processing, are also performed from this menu.
