How do I change my retention % from a draw request going forward?

To change the retention percentage of a draw request, complete the following steps.

  1. From the Site Map, click Accounts Receivable > Data Entry > Draw Request.
  2. Click the Summary button.
  3. Enter the draw request number and go down to the Retention fields and make the desired changes.
  4. Click OK.

    Retention changes can also be made in Accounts Receivable > Maintenance > Contract.
