Summary Credit Card Reconciliation Listing - Sample Report

The Credit Card Reconciliation Listing provides a listing
      of transactions recorded for credit card reconciliation. Credit card reconciliations being
      updated will open in a separate tab for review.

Credit Card Reconciliation Listing

If the cost center feature is enabled in the current company, Spectrum determines on an account-by-account basis whether the operator is authorized to access the account. The software only includes the account when the operator has at least one cost center in common in his or her security scheme with the list of cost centers authorized for the credit card account. When the operator is allowed to access the account information, then all reconciliation transactions display on the listing, regardless of the cost center originally assigned to the individual transaction.
