Credit Card Reconciliation Update - Cost Center Information

If the cost center feature is enabled in the Enterprise Installation screen, Spectrum determines on an account-by-account basis whether the operator is authorized to access the account information. The software only includes the account in the update when the operator has at least one cost center in common with the list of cost centers authorized for the account. When the operator is allowed to access the account, then all reconciliation transactions will be updated, regardless of the cost center originally assigned to the individual transaction.
