Use this screen to export setup from the Positive Pay File Format screen to another site. When importing, pay close attention to the Overwrite existing tables check box to make sure you don’t overwrite an electronic table by accident.

Positive Pay File Table Import / Export

The Positive Pay File Maintenance screen is used if you provide your company's bank with an ASCII file of all Cash Management direct checks, Accounts Payable checks, and Payroll checks that are issued. This screen enables you to specify the structure of the export file, and define the electronic data that will be sent to the bank. The bank will then authorize payments only on those checks that match the information sent to them.

On any Help article page, use the <span class="ph uicontrol">Explore Product Help</span> drop-down to choose Help for a different product, or select filtering options that are available after you perform a search.</p>
            <p class="p">For versioned products only (for example, <span class="keyword">Vista</span>), select the version drop-down field in the <span class="ph uicontrol">Contents</span> heading to access different versions of Help.</p>
