G/L Master File Maintenance

Use the G/L Master File Maintenance screen to enter and maintain the General Ledger chart of accounts and information related to each account.

To protect the integrity of your audit records, accounts with activity on file in Spectrum may not be deleted. Before entering the chart of accounts, you can record departments using G/L Department File Maintenance.
