Locked Database Detail

This window displays when you attempt to access a file in the G/L Master File Maintenance screen that is already in use by another Spectrum user.

The screen shows the information of the user causing the record lock, including the following:

  • Time on (the date and time the user who caused the record lock logged on to the current Spectrum session)

  • Company code

  • Company name

  • Terminal number

  • Session ID (a unique number assigned by Spectrum to each user for the current Spectrum session)

  • Locked database file name

Click Retry to check the record lock status.
