If the cost center feature is enabled in the Enterprise Installation screen, and the Allow G/L account overrides by cost center checkbox is selected in the Cost Center Settings window on the Enterprise Installation > Company tab, then Spectrum will assign retained earnings amounts to multiple General Ledger accounts by cost center based on a list of override G/L accounts defined on the General Ledger installation screen. Spectrum will purge G/L account activity only if your operator has permission to access the cost center assigned to the G/L transaction.
