Data Entry Overview
On the Site Map screen, click Payroll, and then click Data Entry.
Screens on the Data Entry menu are used to enter all time cards and produce paychecks. The status line in the screen heading shows the steps that have been completed in this payroll cycle, and which steps should be performed next.
When hours are recorded outside of the current pay cycle, Spectrum allows entry of pre-time card information for employees and distribution of that time to specific job/phase/cost type combinations. This menu also has options for layoff check calculation and replacement check preparation.
