Use this window to narrow down the list of records that will display in the department list on the Department Expense Maintenance screen. This window is especially useful if you have a large number of departments and partial information about the specific department you are trying to look up or edit. For example, you can search on all the departments wherein the direct cost = job cost.

After you enter your selection parameters in this window, they will automatically remain in effect until the next time you open the Find Department window and then click the Reset button to return the fields to the original defaults.
