Adding Pay Groups to a Job

Once the pay groups have been set up and the employee has been classified (assigned a Level), you need to add the Pay Group Code to the job.

  • On the Site Map screen, click Job Cost > Maintenance > Jobs.

  • Enter the Job code to display the job information.

  • Click Propertiesin the Info Bar.

  • Click Payroll Setup.

  • Click Save.

    Alternate steps:

  • Select Job Cost > Jobs > Job Payroll Setup, and enter a job code.

  • Complete the Pay group field.

  • Click Save.
