You can access Automatic Invoicing from the Trimble Construction One
		workcenter.

Access Automatic Invoicing

Upload Invoices

Prepare the batch of invoices by adding page breaks, removing
        pages, or rotating pages as needed.

Prepare Invoices

Once Automatic Invoicing has populated the header data for the PDFs in the batch, you
        can review the results, correct any errors, and then send the invoices to your ERP
        system.

Process Invoices

An Enterprise Admin can provide access to Automatic Invoicing by setting the Accounts Payable role for a user in
            Trimble Construction One.

		potential mistakes.</p><p class="p">Access <span class="keyword">Automatic Invoicing</span> from
			the <span class="keyword">Trimble Construction One</span> workcenter by logging into <a class="xref j-external-link" href="http://team.viewpoint.com/" target="_blank">team.viewpoint.com</a>, and then selecting <span class="ph uicontrol">Accounts
				Payable</span> from the main menu.</p><p class="p">Use <span class="keyword">Automatic Invoicing</span> to
			enter validated, unapproved invoices. There are three steps in the process:</p><div class="p">
