About Viewpoint Analytics™
Viewpoint Analytics provides a number of features that enable you to analyze your ERP and Viewpoint Team data.
Team Reporting is available to all Trimble Construction One users and provides both pre-set reports and custom reporting with multiple data sources to help you analyze your project data.
- Standard Reports
Standard Reports are pre-set reports that you can use to view financial and project management data for your projects. For details on viewing a standard report, see View a Standard Report.
You can create a custom report using any of the fields available in the Project Management data sources. For details on creating a custom report, see Create a Custom Report. For details about each of the data sources and the included fields, see Field Definitions.
Create a report in the My Reports folder to make it available only to your account. Create a report in the Public Reports folder to make it available to all Viewpoint Analytics users in your enterprise.
With Vista Reports, you can easily access your Vista Crystal Reports on the web from Viewpoint Analytics without opening Vista.
For details on working with Vista Reports, see Vista Reports.
This feature is available only to Vista users. To take advantage of Vista Reports, your Vista enterprise must have single sign-on enabled. For details on enabling single sign-on for your Vista users, see the Vista Help.
Note that Vista Reports requires a Viewpoint Analytics license. For details about managing Viewpoint Analytics licenses, see About Managing Analytics Licenses.
Dashboards in Viewpoint Analytics provide visualizations of key project data to enable you to make data-driven decisions for your enterprise.
For details on working with Dashboards, see Dashboards.
- The Commitments Dashboard provides summary and detailed information about committed costs for your projects organized by parameters such as company, job, phase, and cost type.
- The Job Cost Detail Dashboard provides both summary and detailed Job Cost information for your projects, including cost, hours, and quantity information for both estimates and projections.
Note that Dashboards requires a Viewpoint Analytics license. For details about managing Viewpoint Analytics licenses, see About Managing Analytics Licenses.
