Contract Status Dashboard - Vista
The Contract Status dashboard provides summary and detailed information about gain or loss versus the original contract estimate and includes several filter options including company, department, contract, job, and project manager.
Dashboard Tab
The Dashboard tab provides graphs for projected and estimated cost by month, as well as actual cost, billed amount, and received amount by month.
Note that you can also display the information as a table by selecting a data point, right-clicking, and selecting Show data point as a table
Cost Types, Phases, Transactions
In the tab for Cost Types, you can view a detailed list of transactions organized by Cost Type.
In the tab for Phases, transactions are organized by Phase.
And, in the Transactions tab, you can find a detailed list, which includes both cost type and phase information for all transactions.
To spotlight a single row, select it, and the other rows are grayed out.
