Dashboard Options

You can interact with the information on a Dashboard in a number of ways.

Dashboard Options for Filters and Tiles

From a Dashboard tile, you can use the scroll bar in the right-hand side to scroll down the list of values.

From a filter, tile, or table on a Dashboard, you can move your cursor to the upper right-hand corner to access the following options.

Option Description
Filter. Select to display any filters that have been applied.
Focus Mode. Select to display only the information in that filter or tile.
More options. Select to access the list of additional options.
Clear Selections. From a filter drop-down menu, select to clear any filters that are applied.
Switch layout. This option is available from the table view. Select to switch between a horizontal and vertical layout.

Option Description
Select to export the information as a .xlsx or .csv file.
Select to display the information as table.
Select to gray out all other information in the dashboard.
Please disregard this option.
Sorts the values from largest to smallest.
Sorts the values from smallest to largest.
Click to select a sort option for that tile.

Dashboard Data Point Options

For any data point in a Dashboard tile, you can select it to filter the Dashboard according to that data point.

Additionally, you can right-click a data point to access the following options.

Option Description
Show data point as table Select to display that data point as a table.
Show as a table Select to show the table view for that tile.
Include Select to view only the seleected data point.
Exclude Select to remove the selected data point from view.

Summary and Detail Options

For each row on the Summary or Detail tab, you can right-click and select the following options.

Option Description
Show as a table Select to display the table view of the Dashboard
Include Select to view only the seleected data point.
Exclude Select to remove the selected data point from view.
Drill through (From the Summary tab) Select to view the Detail tab for the selected item.

(From the Detail tab) Select to view the Summary tab for the selected item.

Copy > Value Select to copy the selected data point to the clipboard.
Copy > Selection Select to copy the values from the entire row to the clipboard.
