Manage Folders in Viewpoint Analytics
You can create or delete folders in the My Reports or Public Reports folders.

You can create a folder to use for organizing reports.
Note: Reports cannot be moved from one folder to another at this time. To organize reports in a folder, create the folder first, then open the folder and create the report inside it.
Likewise, folders cannot be moved, only created or deleted.

From the My Reports
or Public Reports folder, click the folder icon
in the upper right-hand corner.

In the Name field, enter a
name for the folder, and then click Create.
The folder appears in the left-hand column.

From the My Reports
or Public Reports folder, click the folder icon

You can delete a folder and all its contents.

Navigate to the folder you want to delete, and then click
, and select Delete Folder.
The Delete Folder dialog appears and indicates if any reports or subfolders will be deleted. - Review the dialog message and then click Delete.
