What's New in 2020 R8

The Viewpoint Analytics 2020 R8 release includes a Resource Center, which allows you to easily access resources like Help, the Support Knowledge Base, or the Suggestion Box.

Resource Center

The Resource Center provides an easy way to access What's New articles, Help, Training, Support information such as the Knowledge Base, or other resources like the Suggestion Box. To open the Resource Center, select the blue question mark icon from anywhere in the Trimble Construction One workcenter.

About Data and Requirements

Note: If your company’s subscription for Vista or Spectrum is part of our Trimble Construction One contract, and if your company is located in North America, you can take advantage of Viewpoint Analytics.

Information in Viewpoint Analytics: Team Reporting is automatically imported from your ERP enterprise and from Viewpoint Team. Data from your ERP is updated once a day after business hours. Data from Team (for example, Daily Logs) is updated every five minutes.

By default, Viewpoint Analytics: Team Reporting provides data only for projects that are available in Team. For enterprises with Vista, depending on the data access settings for your user account, you can view data for all Vista projects in a business unit or in your enterprise, including projects that have not been added to Team.

About Viewpoint Help - Beta Release

Viewpoint introduces Viewpoint Help, a new help website that gives you access to comprehensive product documentation from a single location. Please visit the beta release of Viewpoint Help and click the banner to send us your feedback. For more information, see About Viewpoint Help.

Important: Once Viewpoint Help officially launches, clicking Help in Viewpoint Analytics will open the Viewpoint Analytics page in the new Viewpoint Help website. At that time, any bookmarks to pages in the existing Help you have saved will redirect to the Viewpoint Analytics page in Viewpoint Help. From there, you can navigate to the Help page you want, and create a new bookmark.
